Pork Loin cuts smothered with a combination of whole cranberry sauce and pear sauce.

I've done Pork smothered with cranberry sauce and apple sauce, but this was a variation of the same theme.

Excellent! I'll always be a meat and fruit lover!

AND, Lily's chicken and sweet potato dish was FABULOUS!! I adjusted it a little, used 2 sweet potatoes and 4 chicken thighs. I used newman's family recipe italian, 1 1/2 T. brown sugar/splenda blend, and dumped the remaining dressing mix over top. Fantastic. And smells so good baking!!!
