Leftover Pork dishes and cake with a new frosting I decided to make. I eat cake 365 days a year, no day is ever complete without it!
Had a tempting recipe that's been staring me in the face for 10 years, Wedding Cake Frosting. Tonite I did it! Uncooked, made with Confectioner's sugar, butter, vanilla, cream and 4 egg whites.
But it's not quite the frosting mix I remember from going to weddings, where I'd lick off the frosting, leave the cake on the plate!

After I type this, I'm tossing in a rather large top sirloin, one can of beef stock, one pre-packaged mix of taco seasoning in my crock-pot on low for nine hours.
Served with flour tortillas, pepper jack cheese, refried beans, brown rice, and Coronas w/ lime.
Should turn out pretty good.
