Last night out to Mexican to celebrate anniversary from the 9th...19 years...
Tonight as I roasted off a turkey for leftovers 2 days ago because a price I couldn't refuse...made a pot pie with pie crust on bottom and sides, turkey, gravy, and veg in the middle, topped with mashed potatoes....

It was hamburger stroganoff tonight, with a salad.
tonight was homemade enchiladas with red sauce smothered in cheese and a salad. Ice cream for dessert
Used some leftover Mexicali bean soup for the filling after draining off most of the liquid...lots of beef,3 kinds of beans,Rotel tomatoes,corn, and some mexican rice rolled in corn tortillas. Came out better than I thought it would...LOL I like when that happens...

OK, tonight was supposed to be pizza, but I ended up making homemade sausage dressing. Not braggin, y'all, but DH said it was the bomb! (Hmmmm........guess that could be good or bad?????) LOL
