It's Taco Tuesday. I tried a new taco simmer sauce last week instead of my typical seasonings, and the fam seemed to like it. It calls for potatoes with the meat (I use turkey, not beef), which I did not have last week but now I do.

Meatballs (beef&pork) in mushroom gravy with whole wheat noodles and salad...I think
