We had Thanksgiving early since DS is flying back to Iraq this morning. Boo!

We had ham, mashed potatoes, ham gravy, mac & cheese, zipper peas, baked beans, strawberry cake, pecan pies.

Sure, here is the recipe:

1 pound crab claw meat
1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 whole egg (use about 1 egg for every two cakes)
2 tablespoons sweet peppers, diced
1 tablespoon onion, diced
1 pinch minced garlic
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup sweet potato, mashed

Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until sticky.

Use about 2 tablespoons to form into patties.

I serve them with lemon aioli

i plan on eating the yummy chicken again. however, i think my wife is cooking the turkey today so she may want me to have that tonight. there is puerto rican rice as a side dish.
