University of Florida is playing Tennessee today, so I am making redneck sushi, wings, cream cheese salsa dip and chocolate gooey butter cake.

it was rubbed with a nixture of cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, hot mustand, fresh garlic and yes, bourbon to make a paste. 5 or 6pm can't get here soon enough. With 60 degree (highest) temps, college football, the smoker going and a little drink of whatever it should be a great afternoon.

We're joining in on "chicken for dinner" crew!

I'm going to make chicken breasts. I think I'll bread them with seasoned-up bread crumbs.

Aaaaaand, my favorite potatoes -- My favorite roasted potatoes -- which are already seasoned, in a baggie, in the fridge just waiting to be roasted.

There are a lot of potatoes. I might not even need a piece of chicken.

I think we're having a Dutch baby for dinner. In the mood for breakfast for dinner. So, no chicken, but it does contain cackleberries!
