We ended up a getting a pizza pie called the grilled chicken square, it's thin like the Granddma pie and has grilled chicken. roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella and balsamic. I am saving some of this pizza for lunch tomorrow and freezing the rest. it was 12 slice pie and we only 2 slices each

The recipe is called Tuscan Sausage Soup, but I don't know if it's really Tuscan or not. Turkey sausage, fresh mushrooms, white beans, leeks, onions, garlic, Italian seasonings, fennel (seeds, although the veggie would probably be good too), and caraway seeds in a somewhat creamy chicken broth. It's simmering now. It smells good ... I wish I had some crusty white rolls.
