tonight Hubby will smoke baby back ribs. I think we will have sweet potatoes, salad and some grilled veggies as well. Sunday is usually a pretty big dinner night cause we don't eat lunch. We have a late breakfast after church and then an early dinner.

After last night's pig out I going to put a request in for fried potato sandwiches. With tomato and jalapeno and dill pickles of course.

Busy Busy Busy week. We haven't cooked much, I've not even been on CD but a couple of times.
We will either have roasted pork--maybe sandwiches, or with roasted veggies-- or go out with friends.

I'm about to put a pork loin in the slow cooker. Later, do up some smashed potatoes and another veggie.

We have some venison sausage that I think I'll give a try along with leftover mashed potatoes and red cabbage. This particular guy who gave us the sausage usually makes a kind of breakfast sausage that is very, very good. I'm not so sure about this other non-breakfasty kind sausage.
