I don't know yet but, already this morning, I made a shepherd's pie and a chicken pot pie. So there are choices...

Last night we had grilled chicken breasts (grilled on top of the stove) topped with Dijon wine sauce, Qinuoa with carmelized shallots and red onion & grilled button mushrooms, zucchini & a variety of onions & tomatoes.
Tonight will be Rump pot roast, mashed potatoes, gravy & mixed vegetables.

I have no idea but I get like this sometimes and then love having *stuff* in the house, ready to warm up for dinner.
