Leftover split pea soup with garlic croutons. Pepper steak with onions, peppers & gravy, (made with extra lean ground beef instead of steak), over white rice.

I made Baked.like fried chicken. I make my own seasonings mix with some bisquick. Put them in a ziploc. Put the chicken pieces in & shake it all about. Oven 425* Put some olive oil in the pan& stick it in the oven. Soon as it sizzle hot, put the chicken pieces in to bake. After 15 Min.. Turn oven down to 400*.

I thought I better explain my baked/fried chicken. LOL... It comes out crispy on outside & perfect inside.
Made yukon gold mashed potatoes, steamed broocoli, beets, sliced frzn applesauce.
