Default No preservatives dinner tonight.

Venison steaks with peppers, onions and garlic out of the garden. Mixed batch of fish I caught yesterday. Bass, Perch and Halibut. Next up, Pismo clams we dug up three days ago. Out to the mini-green houses for a nice veggie salad. All topped off with olive dressing from the olive tree. Desert is a fruit melody from our mini-orchard in the fall.

We don't get to do it often but we set aside certain food just for these special meals!

You rock. I just filled my raised vegetable garden with soil today, and eagerly await spring to get planting.

Tonight, I'm making moussaka, and a nice crusty loaf of bread.

Lubby, happy Birthday past a few days...

Oh, I did change my menu for tonight: the pork is now left over Briskett, I decided to clean out the freezer in the house (refridge side) and get all my stock together. I found some frozen bissket and it sounded. The rest will remain the same. I think I have to start forgetting about stock: I have 12 containers of chicken stock, 2 pork, 2 beef, 2 turkey and 1 veggie. They are all about 2 to 3 cups. It is so hard to throw the juice out, but enough is enough for awhile.
