My daughter and I had been out all day doing our shopping and the last stop was the grocery store. I picked up a rotisserie chicken, shredded the meat and made chicken tacos with pico, avacado and lettuce to go on top. I really wish I picked up some beer to go with them!

Finally finished off the chili with fresh peaches for dessert. What's one more day to wait for corned beef and cabbage?

I don't know what dinner is going to be, but I'm baking a blackberry cobbler for dessert. I've got containers of frozen berries in my freezer from last summer and it is time to start using them up. Before you know it, July will be here and it will be time to pick more!
