Quick and easy for tonight. Loaded baked potatoes with crispy bacon, pepper jack, cheddar cheese, butter & sour cream, and mixed greens salads. Sweet iced tea to drink.

Had a big lunch so for dinner just a small salad made with shredded broccoli, cabbage, and tomatoes with a few sour dough croutons and some poppy seed dressing.

wow, where did you get Vidalia onions this early? We ususally do not get them until the firrst week of May. In fact I have been thinking of them for the past few weeks and can't wait. We are getting the sweet Texas onions now, but not Vidalias yet. You are so lucky...
