Made a quick cottage pie - sauteed ground beef, carrots, onions, minced garlic, canned beef broth; iced with Idahoan Four Cheese Potatoes (I know, but hey, I work all day), a sprinkle of sharp cheese, and then baked at 375 until crispy.
