I was working up to starving, so it was meat loaf, mashed potatoes and green beans. The meat loaf and banana bread both baked at 350 so threw them in at the same time. Seconds, seconds, thirds, thirds.

Last night DH grilled some ring bologna and we had baked beans and red potatoes on the side. Tonight will be baked chicken, scalloped potatoes and broccoli.

Tonight is going to be meatloaf, mashed potatoes, speckled butterbeans, baked beans, either corn bread or dinner rolls. (If anyone would like to dm me their recipe for meatloaf, please do. I am ready to try a different one! LOL)

I am eating only naturally occurring meats, veggies, fruits, and dairy. Tonight dinner will be chicken and lamb kebabs, low carb tortillas, an Indian dish with red kidney beans called rajma, and leftover of another Indian dish that mixes potatoes and butternut squash (it's a Bengali dish called alu kumbro - literally - potatoes pumpkin. I just use butternut squash).

I have given up on sugar but it's pretty damn tough to give up ice-cream (which is all sugar). So, I have ice-cream once in a while. I found out a few days ago - based on some recent research - that there are only two known natural ingredients that can improve your sexual performance and also enhance your libido (the psychic force behind your biological urges). I combined these two ingredients to create my own Recipe For Love ice cream.

Mmmm... doesn't matter if you can spell it or not, as long as you can cook it! Sounds delicious!

Last night (and tonight are) was a late work night. Came home to my starving beasty dog. By the time I got him fed, walked and lovey doved, I had no energy. So I re-heated a 1/2 a homemade pizza from the freezer. All the major food groups on top - sun-dried tomatoes, pepperoni, sausage, spinach & ricotta & mozz. Not Bad!

Tonight will be the same routine, but have the fixing for a homemade sub-all the food groups to be added too.
