I had Amy's bistro (veggie) burgers (again), and fresh tomatoes. Finishing up with juicy green grapes right now!

Tonight will be breaded and baked chicken cutlets, saute'd swiss chard and brussel sprouts. I don't use egg instead I use creamy blue cheese, ranch or honey mustard dressing that I spread on the cutlets then dip them in bread crumbs.Makes the chicken very moist.

crab legs, beet and brussel sprout salad and a carb of some kind, , but not quite sure what. I might just fix hubby some texas Toast to go with dinner. I will skip the carbs tonight.

I haven't decided! Either a lean cuisine. Or fresh chicken stir fry, or baked chicken tenders with steamed veggies and rice. All depends on if I feel like making food that takes longer than a 3 minutes toss in the microwave.
