tonight we had bell and evans chicken tenders that my friend brushed with jar pesto and grilled. They were tender and juicy. We also had homemade hamburgers that were very good too. I brought cucumber salad and we had prosciutto bread too.

tonight is company night (darn and I wanted to watch future Stars) guess we will tape it. We are serving a taco bar. It worked so well a couple weeks ago, we decided to repeat. I have made the spanish rice, just have to heat it up and the same with the beans, the pulled chicken and pulled pork. Our son in law has introduced us to wheat tortillas, (twice as expensive) and they are so good. Our biggest problem, the couple we are having over do not like hot and/or spicey, so I have to be real careful and done things down.\
