I had a pork shoulder roast in the freezer that I needed to use, took it out of the freezer last night and tonight I cooked it in the pressure cooker and made pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw.

Grilled Hempler's sausages with choice of toppings - sauerkraut, sauteed mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, banana peppers, onion and various mustards to choose from. Our version of a Chicago dog - yum!
