I put some carrots, potatoes, chicken thighs, onions and mushrooms with a little water and a little wine in the crock pot, peppered the chicken as well as put some fresh thyme on top. Can't wait to smell THAT when I get home!!!

Pot roast with carrots, potatoes, onions and parsnips! It is ready but cooling a bit before I serve it. Nothing smells better on a rainy, windy, cold night!

Baked chicken breasts, baked potato & stemed broccoli.
I should have made a dessert for Hubby, and I didn't get around to it. Maybe tomorrow.

Last night it was boneless pork chops, rice pilaf, roasted asparagus and fresh pineapple chunks.

Tonight, my sister-in-law was suppose to be in town on business and we were planning on going out to dinner with her, but just found out she was delayed, so we will not be meeting her after all. I have no clue what we will eat. DH is still at the office. I guess we will go grab a quick bite when he gets home. I hope it's soon. I'm starving!
