No wonder the Islanders climb those tall coconut trees to harvest this amazing fruit...from the water to the meat to the oil that's made from it. you can't go wrong with the coconut. I use it for everything form cooking to skin softener(lotion), to hair. the uses for it are endless. it even replenshies the leather on my car seats.
I can't stand it. Never could.
The smell, or the texture. Just like I can't stand the texture of water chestnuts or raisins.
But my dog loves to chase after them when I throw them in the gulf of mex. They float, ya know.

No, that is hyrogenated. Virgin coconut oil is very good for you. You can eat it, cook with it, slather it on your skin, or whatever, and its naturally antibacterial too. Plus it smells good.
