Cool. I'll talk to you in the Food Chat Thread.
Anything in specific areas; desserts, etc. I can look up for you, I'll be happy to.
I'm still going through the other one right now & also trying to adapt my many cheesecake recipes for pumpkin cheesecake with a pepita or pecan crust & topping for a customer.

I'll see you over there when you can.

I made oatmeal for breakfast. I heated up a slice of last night's pizza for lunch. I removed all the breast meat from my turkey carcass, cut off the legs, wings, and thighs, and simmered the carcass for turkey stock. I will be making turkey soup and turkey tetrazzini within the next few days. That's about it except for pouring a few glasses of wine.

  1. Made a batch of dry rub for the ribs I'm cooking tonight,
  2. Made a batch of Alabama Red sauce for the ribs,
  3. Removed the "silverskin" from the underside of the rib racks,
  4. Applied dry rub to the rib racks
Now those ribs are outside cooking in the BBQ pit .

I made toast and poured water.

It's a minimalist kind of day.

I make all my own skin and hair care products in my kitchen. I was running low on some things, and I wanted an excuse to stay inside where it's cool, so today I made:
Lip balm
Body lotion
Face serum
Cleanser
Salt scrub
Sunscreen
Insect repellant
Shampoo
