I like the taste of milk and I too reduced it from full, to 2%, and now 1%. The fat free version looks kinda bluish and taste weird, so I will stick with the 1%. However I buy organic and yes, at least to me it taste better.

Yeah, never liked milk, even as a child. I do like and consume dairy products, though, so go figure.

Actually, I did try milk that I liked - it was fresh from the cow.

I drink milk because it's awesome. I LOVE the taste and it's so refreshing.

As kids we were given 2% but it was always too thick for me. I drink non fat simply because I like the taste much, much better.

I also tried goat's milk when I was a kid and we took a field trip to a farm. I remember really enjoying that as well.

Milk rules. THANKS COWS!

Or with a slice of homemade applie pie...or chocolate cake...or homemade cookies warm from the oven...or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The above foods BEG for it. I work at a school cafeteria and a carton of milk comes with our free lunch every day. I usually get the fat free chocolate milk.

Breathing air is necessary in order to live. Drinking milk or the milk of a different species after being weaned is not.

I do understand peoples dietary restrictions and prefrence to not do dairy, but Almond, soy and rice milk are a product of man.
I dont think the almond, the rice grain or the soybean were ever meant to give off milk?
so simply as you say

"simply is not designed for humans."
They call it milk to compete with dairy milk. It could be called Almond juice, etc. I am dissing the fact that humans (top of the food chain) consume the milk of a different species. It's unnatural.
