The husband picked up a two-pack of PB at Costco that was labeled "organic" - However, it is also 'natural" meaning it has none of the stablilizers like Skippy (brand I normally buy) . It's SUPER runny so I can't use it as I normally would (I put a little on BabyGirls toast, apples, snacks).

I'm guessing I could use it to make some peanut sauces (?) for noodles or something. I'd like to try making some PB cookies but is it too runny for that? (I'd already be "messing" with the recipe but reducing the sugar, changing up to a more healthy flour, etc)

Please help - I've got two big jars of the stuff

I use that same peanut butter all the time, great flavor and real ingredients. First you need to stir it together, so the oil re-distributes, then just use it as you would normal peanut butter, as per the label keep it in the fridge.

Fridge it. I by a ton of the Costco PB you have every year ( 2 Sporto Teens and College Student)

When you need it firm just stick it into the fridge. Also I found keeping new UNOPENED jars with the seal intact upside down in the cupboard really helps with the stirring when you open and mix. This allows the oils to some what move back to the bottom of the jar so you don't get as much of a hard mass of PB that needs to be reincorporated by stirring.
