I think there might be at least 3 different kinds in the refrigerator right now.
French's mustard, some Dijon, and a bottle of Irish mustard, and.. beer mustard(?), I think we might have some of that in there too. Make that 4 then.

At least 5 all the time. Yellow French's, Dijon (2) Guildens, dry, another one I can't name wife likes.

Of course, green wasabi, Chinese brown, horseradish and fresh ginger.
