Stuffing. Yummmmmmy.

And my spicy southwest chicken soup. The spices blend better overnight.

Spaghetti is a wonderful leftover dish. Sometimes it's even better the next day. When it comes to food from Thanksgiving the best leftovers are mac n cheese, ham, and fried turkey!

Leftover cornbread sausage stuffing and marshmallow sweet potatoes from thanksgiving. In general, I really like leftover fajitas or chinese food as well as Lasagna

Man, you eat lots of left overs huh? ONly kidding of course, but you mention the marshmellow sweet potatoes, if there is one thing about Thanksgiving when growing up I hated, it was the marshmellow sweet potatoes. We eat sween pots now all the time:::NO MARSHMELLOWS or anything like that..

Oh, I like leftover fried chicken just fine...but cold, not reheated.

I also really don't like leftover pasta/sauce dishes, because I like my pasta al dente, and if it's been stored with sauce and reheated, the texture changes to something other than al dente, and I don't like it. Freshly made pasta only, please.

I love leftover rice with a bit of butter and salt..

But if it's thanksgiving, Turkey breast on white with mayo and cranberry, lots of Black pepper.

Cold pepperoni pizza. I just developed an appreciation for that within the last few years.
Steamed white rice heated in the microwave with a little milk, cinnamon and raisins.
My meatloaf slicked cold the next day makes a great sandwhich or chopped up into spaghetti sauce.

I'm not really a "leftovers" person though and pasta dishes don't cut it for me, the noodles absorb too much of the sauce and the texture isn't good.

Lasagna...always tastes better the next day....same for many soups.
