Fries in mayo are awesome.

I like carrot sticks or baked potatoes with cottage cheese.

I also love to eat a nice crisp, tart apple like honeycrisp with slices of a sharp cheddar. (or add cubes of sharp cheddar to my waldorf salad)

We used to live in a town that a wonderful gourmet shop, which also did catering. This was one of there most popular appetizers. They would cut it up into bite sized pieces, and serve it warm from a chafing dish. Delicious! I've tried to replicate several times over many years and have gotten close, but it's never been as good as theirs.

I like to dip french fries in honey mustard. No ketchup, or anything else. So if there isn't honey mustard, I will just eat them straight up.
