I will try to buy food that is safe and beneficial ( that will be a challenge!) and continue to watch what I eat and how much I eat.

I will use a smaller plate for dinner so I am eating less, plus I am limiting my wine intake to 2 glasses, before dinner, none after dinner. Now, let's see how long there resolutions last. Actually my main resolution is: not the stick to any of my resolutions>>>>

I am planning to have at least one night of an all vegan meal every week.

DP doesn't eat red meat but I cook a lot with small amounts of butter and homemade chicken stock.

We have done one vegetarian night a week for years (or almost every week) but the vegan, I just can't quite do that.

I am going to eat more of a vegetarian life style. Try to cut out most meats except fish and seafood. I can live without red meat, pork and chicken. I have been experimenting with some soy products and I really like them. High protien with less fat and cholesteral.

A vegan diet is alittle to strick for me, since I love yogurt, cheese and milk.

I'm going to make more of my lunches from scratch. Instead of popping a frozen packaged meal into the microwave, I'll warm up some homemade soup.

I would like to do that, but my wife would never have it. Plus neither of us like seafood.
