My favorite breakfast for myself is tea - usually a good organic jasmine, roibos, or oolong - and a whole grain bread toasted with something on it - maybe a poached egg, or some apple butter, or some nutella, or some scrambled tofu. Right now my favorite whole grain bread is Dave's Killer bread...

I used to love coffee... but finally gave it up and now I love my tea. I don't add anything to it... no milk, sugar, etc. Just good organic whole leaf loose tea.

If I skip breakfast I feel light headed. I have to eat something. So I usually have a yogurt with fruit and cereal on top or 2 peices of toast with either, jelly, butter, PB or cottage cheese on top depending on what I feel like that morning. On weekends I might have a bagel with cream cheese. I don't eat eggs for breakfast that much unless I am out having breakfast.
