Few times a week I have a bowl of organic oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins. Sometimes I add walnuts and honey, sometimes frozen berries or sliced banana. It is so good!

Oatmeal, cream of rice or cream of wheat w/ some maple/agave syrup in it. Sometimes a cut up banana in it, too.

Oatmeal with raisins.

Or grits with butter, and sometimes I'll add a touch of sorghum.

Stone-ground grits with butter, shredded cheddar, salt and pepper.
There should be enough black pepper to give the grits the color of wet newsprint. Bacon on the side, please.

You're welcome.

I like steel cut oats more than rolled/old-fashioned, and I like oatmeal with brown sugar and dried cranberries. Sometimes I will have it with slivered almonds and dried blueberries. I go through phases where the texture of oatmeal, even steel-cut, is unappealingly mealy. I'm in one of those phases now, so I haven't had it in a while.

Coco Wheats is farina (cream of wheat) with chocolate. It's not bad.
