Leftover Food produces Nitrites and Causes Cancer?

Oh the sky is falling the sky is falling.

I am so sick of people crying about this food or that, this ingredient or that preservative.

Geez. the government mandated that every commercial building have asbestos sprayed on all steel beams from 1955 to to 1981 or so. So, I don't pay any attention to any of this nonsense.

I sure hope not because we eat "left-overs" pretty much every other night. A couple years ago, we went to a "cook every other night" system.

I'm a cook enough proteins for the week on Sunday kind of guy.

The food lobby is behind a lot of the regulations, and I doubt if the food industry sheds any tears about people throwing leftovers away.
