It appears that you posted in the wrong thread. This is the OP:

I could do it. They have enough variation. My uncle eats a vegetarian sub form subway everyday for lunch.

For 10 bucks a day you might be able to eat at home if you cook. Maybe buy your basics, and eat one sub a day if you are trying to budget this way. I would do breakfast at home. You could spend the 35 on weekly breakfast foods, milk, eggs, cereal, muffins, bread, fruit, yogurt....etc. Decide what fits your choice and plan a breakfast menu weekly, buy just those items. Use the 5 bucks a day for the subs, and there are a few and you could vary them. Not sure it would be all five food groups, but most of us don't have the right diet everyday. Let us know by updates.

If Jared, anyone can.

I have a love / hate relationship with Subway. There are times when I become obsessed with it an literally have lunch there everyday for a week or two. Then I get tired, and I don't want to touch a Subway for months. I can never be in the middle.

I suppose we all could, but I don't think I would want to: we are just not hot on Subway. I think they use way too much bread and not enough fillers like meat, real cheese etc. I would bet, dollars to donuts the cheese is nothing but cheese by products. Some say they have their subs filled with veggies, even then, do you realize how little amount of veggies one is getting and how expensive it would be to spend $10 daily for one person.

I could live on one and not only survive but thrive. I'm an easy keeper. I know how to fill 'em up with the veggies too.

i could live on 3 bowls of oats a day every day pretty easily. i like variety in food, but i certainly dont need it.

so i could live on subway subs if for some reason it made sense to do so. i dont see any reason for there being nutrition issues.

I don't care for Subway but sometimes work in small towns where it is the healthiest of the few available choices. I fill mine with veggies, almost like a salad on whole grain bread.

I'm not shy about asking for more of something, either. If the kid puts on two black olive slices I have no problem asking for more.

Survive? Probably. Get bored? Not if it were the only thing available but otherwise, I could spend the $10.00 a lot more wisely and be healthier for it.

Sure, if I was on a desert island, with no other food or resturants. I would eat Subway every day. Otherwise, forget it. Only in dire emergencies.
