That's pretty shocking, Lao seeing as only 2 of those things on the list are semi-healthy And I thought you're a health & fitness buff

Dark meat poultry. I'll eat the breast, but something about a chicken leg just looks nasty to me. It makes me sick to see someone sucking the cartilage from a chicken bone.

I refuse to eat raw tomatoes, onions, brussels sprouts, lima beans, white gravy, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, and potato salad. (I will eat French fries if they are really crispy, but if I never had them again, I wouldn't miss them.) I also won't eat celery and asparagus. Bratwurst, too..yuck!

White Bread except I broke that rule for some true sweet bread a few weeks ago.

Cauliflower for years, but..daughter says she found some healthy recipe where you make mock mashed potatoes with cauliflower and that it's excellent so I guess the next time I'm at their place I'll try it.

Margarine, though it can hide in foods. Yech~

I confess I can't stand canned vegetables ... especially canned peas and carrots.

I don't like Lima beans either.

If cooked properly - not overcooked! - I like spinach, okra, squash, brussels sprouts, green beans, asparagus, etc. Sometimes just a tiny dash of freshly ground pepper, sea salt, or a pat of butter will bring out the flavor of green vegetables.

Default Eggs

I have special hatred of eggs. I call them chicken abortions. When I waited tables at a diner and people would order them over easy w/toast, I would about gag when they broke them apart and soaked up egg with toast. EWWW!

Boiled okra, nasty, slimy, fried is OK.

Any meat from wal-mart!

Ribs! I just don't like meat fat and no matter how good the ribs, they still have a lot of fat.

Lima beans. If I even smell them I feel sick.

Scrambled eggs aren't my thing either but I can do sunny side up.
