Too damn hot to eat anything but cool fruit. Today I've had peaches, strawberries and cherries.

For breakfast I had strawberries and blueberries mixed in some Greek Yogurt, with a little bit of honey, and at lunch I had grapes and strawberries.

I eat quite a bit of fruit these days, a coupe servings a day or more.

Raspberries in Greek yogurt with some almonds for breakfast. Strawberries and blueberries as afternoon snack. I'm eating more fresh fruit this year than I have in ages, and wondering why it took so long!

Default I'm boring...

Cheerios and banana for b-fast and a nectarine after my tuna salad sandwich. Maybe some key lime Greek yogurt tonight...maybe not.

Best regards, sincerely
