I had to pick other and I guess I mean grilling more that BBQing.
My favorite has to be bacon and fried eggs, toasted italian bread cut on the bias, with a pot of steaming coffee cooked over a wood or charcoal fire.
My next would have to be ribs, grilled pineapple, steak and aluminum pouch potatoes, carrots and onions.
But if you have dogs going, or brauts, I'll have one of each of them, as well. LOL! But shrimp and swordfish sound good too. Or paella.

Oh, and then there's deep fried turkey-oops. I guess I'm getting carried away. You wanted our opinion on grilling/bbqing, didn't you. Not all outdoor cooking.

Too narrow a catagory for me. I love it all!

Don't your eggs fall through the grates, B4U??
Somebody mentioned grilling "Mets"? Yankee fan?
Anyway, besides steak, pork chops, chicken quarters, beer can chicken, burgers and brats, I LOVE to put sweet potatoes on the grill!

No, but you have to use very large eggs. The trick is the coffee though. You have to have good aim to pour the water over each individual bean.

I like to grill skirt steak for fajitas followed by burgers and Korean-style flanken ribs.

Steak, burgers, chicken, pork tenderloin, ribs, veggies (squash, zuccini, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli) and especially asparagus.

What's not to love about a grill?

We BBQ in a smoker, not on a grill.
