We've all had those nights where you either can't sleep, dieting and your mind's racing about what you want to eat but shouldn't, or you're just plain hungry and you have to have your favorite snack....what is it?

I almost always eat a late-night snack. Its kind of a ritual.

Its usually ice cream or a bowl of cereal. I am particularly fond of Cocoa Crispies.

Dang...all 3 of those sound yummy!

I think part of the reason I have pickles is because I'm convinced I won't have to re-brush afterwards (bad, I know)

I gave up snacking so if I'm starving I'll go for some protein....like nonfat Greek yogurt or a True Protein RTD....or fruit combined with a protein.
