I don't eat beef, so can't make the burger list.
I stop in a few mornings a week on the way to work for a blueberry oatmeal and a sweet tea.

Every year I have a big mac meal, it's just something I do.

Occasionally I'll have a kids hamburger meal if I'm driving somewhere and don't want to bother with better food. Mostly I only drive thru to get a Sweet Tea or Coke to have while I'm running around in my car. Both my son and I like the way they mix their cokes and it's the only time I every drink it.

I'm 53 and I grew up with McDonalds. My grandmother used to take me to get cheesburgers, fries and apple pies. We would sit in her car in the parking lot and look at this old beat up water tower that was on the lot next door...waiting for the day it would fall down. It eventually did but she was gone by then. I have memores so McD's will never be "the devil' to me.

amazing how many people came onto a McD's post to proclaim how they never eat there!

I do the McDouble because its their best and cheapest burger~ but I can remember McDonalds burgers at 15 cents and fries at a dime.

I also eat BK~ Wendys~ taco Bell. Where I do not eat is anywhere the service cannot provide my meal in 15 minutes or less. And most of those people CLAIM to have good service!

IF I go, it's probably to get a Big Mac, which always seems to taste like plastic.

No, I don't. I never go to McDonalds, unless I'm on the road and I stop there for coffee, because theirs is consistently better than average, steeply discounted for seniors. But never anything else. I do occasionally go for a fast food burger, but never at McDonalds. Most of the others are better.

My dad, 84, goes every day for a "senior coffee". He used to go out to Starbucks, Peets, and other places but his mobility is so limited now that driving through is all he can handle. He often gets a breakfast sandwhich too and sits in his car in the parking lot to people watch.

I really really don't do fast foods much... same with DH & DD never ever craved fast foods.
BUT...
Should we get the cravings... I do choose Mickey Ds over many others...

I go most often to Mickey Ds for
#1) Sweet tea
#2) and my season-ly crave of Big Mac.

I vote Arby's fish sandwich over Mickey Ds during lent.

Best burgers... my DH onion burgers made fresh at home.

Every once in a while I get a Big Mac and hubby likes the Double Quarter Pounder. They have a good Mocha Frappe. I do like their coffee.

After all the hype, advertising and neighbor so excited that the McRib was back ... I made the mistake of trying a McRib ... first time for me and the last time too. After a few bites I had to throw it away. No telling what I was eating, it wasn't ribs!

My very best hamburger is cooked on the grill with fresh tomatoes out of our garden, vidalia onions, lettuce and Duke's Mayo ... this is real nasty eating, drips down your chin ... but sooooooo good.
