Cantaloupe slices with prosciutto wrapped around it-very good
Mango pieces with hot sauce on top-My husband said it's very good
Stawberries with balsamic vinegar
Cantaloupe with cottage cheese
Apples with peanut butter
Grapes with cheese cubes

Have you tried cantaloupe with prosciutto?? Don't knock it until you try it once. If you have tried Prosciutto and don't like it then that's a different story.

I like to grill fruit such as pineapples and bananas.
I like mangoes in a spicy salsa.
I like fruit pies...banana, cherry, apple and etc.
I also like strawberries with balsamic vinegar and mandarin oranges in salads.

Fruit is very versatile, so I try not to be closed minded when trying something new with it.

I put tiny little pieces of fresh pineapple into the pan when I make fried rice. It's especially delicious because the sweetness counterbalances the heat of the srirarcha sauce that I liberally squirt in.

I usually prefer my fruit plain, but I can't resist a strawberry that's been dipped in chocolate!

Also, when I make fruit salad, I simply cut up a bunch of fruits into bite-sized chunks, pour some orange juice on it, and that's it. A refreshing fruit salad without the added calories and fat of a fancy dressing that also masks the flavors of the fruits. The acid from the OJ keeps the fruit chunks from discoloring.

Pineapple (fresh) with lime juice and chili powder is great, and so are slices of mango prepared the same way...I learned that from Mexican street vendors on the north side of Chicago, same people I learned to make my corn elote-style from.
