My mother makes chicken pot pie noodles, basically its rolled flat dough( with eggs mixed in) and then cut into squares . You then cook them in the chicken stock until its all done. I guess its similar to a dumpling in nature. carrots, onions, potatoes, clelery, thats pa dutch pot pie. Serve with cole slaw or pepper cabbage.
Its weird, I love noodles in chicken soup but can't stand them in a beef soup.

So what are some good recipes for different types of noodles? Please?! I am trying to be more domestic these days. :-)
