I've had some before, not too bad. What's the difference between garlic in an Italian dish topped with something like an alfredo cream sauce and garlic ice cream? They're quite similar.
My wife and I stopped in Gilroy and bought some ice cream. I gave her a bite of mine, telling her it was vanilla. She didn't speak to me the rest of the day.
The garlic flavor kind of sneaks up on you and becomes overpowering. I did not care for it.
Anybody knows how I can cook Garlic ice cream? I think my son and his friends will be glad to test it
