Jesh: if I am really that hungry:
A nice rib steak rare w/ a baked potato.
Spaghetti w/ Sweet Italian sausage and garlic bread and a salad.
Chirashi sushi w/Uni.
Eggs, ham steak, potatoes, sausage gravy and biscuits.

Ok...that's it...

There's absolutely nothing like a hardy "farm meal" complete with meat & potatoes, vegetables and bread. In the absence of a meal like that, a good stout stew comes in a close second.

Peanut Butter on Ritz crackers and a HUGE glass of cold milk! Not good for someone like me with a weight problem. Secret is to NEVER get so hungry you will chew up the "daily news"..LOL

Celery. It's crunchy and nutritious and has lots of filling fiber. I always have a big bowl of celery sticks in water sitting in the fridge and that's what I grab when I'm "starving".
