Didn't really have a proper choice for me so I said I don't drink any. In reality, I have a coffee every once in awhile, probably average to one or two a month and more during cold months. I never want to be dependent on any substance to keep me going, so I save caffeine for special circumstances or when the mood strikes me.
I only drink coffee if it is really cold or I have a craving which is rare. Hot coffee most weeks would be none. Iced Coffee about once a month at most. When I do though I am really fussy and a snob ! Same with tea.
3 cups a day, usually - 2 in the morning when I get up, and then one cup when I get back from my jog. I usually sit in my garden and relax while I have that third cup. During the school year, when I am at work, I have my third cup during my 9:00 a.m. break.
I generally make for a 10cup pot of coffee and split w/ hubby. I may drink a quarter of a cup, if that, on my way into work. Rarely do I have a chance to finish it. At work, average almost 2 cups of coffee.
