All fast food chains like BK, Mac Donalds, Taco bell, Wendy's White castle ect have not had any of the food from those places in 2 years... Take out Chinese food too much salt. Hard liquor and wine I drink maybe once a month. Big deli sandwiches, Hot dogs. I am on WW and may of these foods are high in fat, calories and points so I avoid them however I did have a hot dog on 4th of july for the first time in 2 years and it was so good.

Ever since I saw Food Inc. I can hardly touch meat....seriously, that movie just really opened my eyes to what we are eating. Yuck

I also cut back on drinking; before I was partying a few times a week......
now I drink less than three times a month.
I'm feeling much healthier

Starbucks and most carbs. I am only eating one carb per day, like only with one of the three meals, and none during the others.

Cut waaaay back on soda and tea also

We do not eat as much red meat or any meat as we did 5 or 10 years ago, but of course we still eat it. In fact this weekend our local grocery store is having there semi, well 3 times a year meat sale and we will stock up on top sirloin. They have everything from round to rib on sale, and cut it for you. The quality is outstanding. I really can't think of much else we have cut back on...

I cut back on Coca Cola and started drinking water. But I would like to give the Mexican Coca Cola a try with the cane sugar additive. I know I couldn't afford to drink that too often, it's too expensive.
