I love Velveeta. I don't use this particular product because we have our own recipe which includes Velveeta (in brick form), cooked shells, milk, butter, and saltines.
Its one of my guilty pleasures. I even get their cheese slices to put over my baked potatoes!
I'm not proud, but I eat it every so often during that special time of the month, when every fiber of my being is crying out for salt and cheese. I do try to doctor it up with shredded chicken and veggies or black beans so that it's not a complete nutritional black hole.
I don't eat it often, maybe once a year, but it is fun on that frequency. I prefer it to powder mac n cheese, but we use powder with the kids in a pinch to make it slightly healthier. Annies brand.
Not for me. Anything with a name combining the sounds 'Velvet' and 'Cheetah' is simply not appetizing.
