I think I am related to "Pooh Bear" and his endless quest for honey. I love honey, I am always buying different flavors, to see if I can tell the difference between clover and sage honey. (There is a difference). I recently downloaded a free honey cookbook on my Kindle, I am in heaven! Honey mustard dressing, honey roasted tenderloin, honey cake, honey peach tea..

In my cupboard right now is seven types of honey, creamed honey, raspberry honey...my favorite way to eat honey? Cornbread with honey butter, and a peanut butter and honey sandwich.

Who else loves honey? Can you eat it without getting sticky? This morning I had toast with honey, I was a sticky mess..just like a little kid.

I like honey in tea and on some toast. I also use honey in BBQ sauces and marinades. The great thing about honey is that it doesn't spoil.

Love honey on toast and biscuits. I also like it in hot tea during the winter.

On a slice of toast with almond butter. Much better than with peanut butter.

I love it on homemade biscuits. I bought a one of those little books in the grocery aisle about honey and found that honey is one of the best remedies for a lot of ailments. For example: It will help you sleep better. It's good for coughs and colds and a number of other ailments. I asked my doctor about taking a teaspoon of honey a day and he said it is very good for people so I take that spoonful a day just because (not good for babies though).
