For your breakfast tomorrow morning, how does 17 teaspoons of sugar sound? That's what you'll get, according to the Dallas Observer, if you pick up Taco Bell's new morning drink: Mountain Dew mixed with orange juice. Taco Bell hasn't revealed the ratio of Dew to juice in the drink, but the Observer figures on 12 ounces of soda and 8 ounces of OJ, resulting in the 17-teaspoon figure. (Blogger Lauren Drewes Daniels writes that it tastes "like a bet someone lost.")
No thanks! I'll just keep eating mostly fruit, protein and a fair amount of carbs (not empty ones) for breakfast. Besides, Taco Bell doesn't sound so tasty for breakfast.

Anybody who ever eats or drinks anything at Taco Bell HAS to know that they are ingesting pure crap. And that's our choice. What's even better is that there simply is no question about it. It's not like you're standing in line contemplating what would be the healthiest menu item. It's all bad, and we know it.
Excellent! Next time my friend wants me to watch her kids, we will pile in the car and I will get one for each child about a half hour before she comes and gets the little muchkins. Hee Hee!
