Yum apples. As I've gotten older, I forget to eat them sometimes. I used to eat at least 2 a day growing up and I swear it really did keep the doctor away! I'd like to go back to that.
My faves: Yellow Delicious, Fuji, Honey crisp and for cooking Granny Smith as they hold up so well. They are too tart for me to eat by itself though.
