I have a nice big pot of spaghetti sauce and meatballs on the stove. Garlic bread and some spinach on the side. DH's favorites.

Sounds good and simple, an easy meal to make when one doesn't feel like cooking, which my wife doesn't at the moment! So, it's soup and sandwich for lunch!
We just stocked up on a bunch of Campbell soup and I like grilled sandwiches of any kind, which of course is not grilled for an egg salad sandwich, which I like on white bread toasted lightly brown and naturally grilled ham or pastrami & cheese sandwich on wheat or plain white bread!

So many variety of Campbell soups! What's your favorite kind besides tomato soup?
Mine is Minestrone, Vegatable, Split Pea and Clam Chowder!

Chicken cutlets sauteed in honey butter and olive oil, mashed potatoes and gravy, a salad, and warm dinner rolls topped with melted honey butter. Sweet iced tea to drink.

I am making the stuffed manicotti I didn't make the other night using the recipe from my Mom's 1960s Better Homes and Gardens cookbook. This book has to be held together with a rubber band. I found one on ebay and I have placed a bid on it.
