I haven't a clue as to what's for dinner tonight. I think I'm just going to let the mood determine that. Might end up being a peanut butter sandwich, a bowl of soup or something that requires some real thought. I wish I was a better planner like all of you.

Nancy, do you make sweet potato fries the same way as regular potato fries? I like sweet potatoes but have never eaten them as fries. Hmmm, I may have to make a trip to the store and buy a sweet potato.
