Tonight's dinner (out):

Tossed Salad with Blue Cheese dressing
Rotisserie chicken
Macaroni and Cheese
Mixed vegetables
Bread
Apple crisp

we are having a few friends over for cocktails late this afternoon so dinner will be later and probable pretty light. I am thinking about just opening a can of chile and having chile over chips...

we've been eating way too heavy and too much these past few days so I'm tapering off

Back on track today for me, I am making a big tossed salad and I may have a side of veggies with it. I am done with holiday eating LOL.

Chicken in tumeric/butter sauce with sliced red peppers and basmati rice and lassi

Chef salads with some Italian bread with garlic butter.

To go with my tossed salad I making spaghetti squash seasoned with olive oil, paprika, onion and garlic powder, kosher salt.Hubby might have this along with some leftovers.
