We ate out for lunch so dinner will probably be "Ifits" It has to happen eventually, with the family slowly leaving home I've gone from cooking for 7 to cooking for 2 so there's always leftovers. Tonight we have cottage pie and roast been leftovers in the fridge.
I prepped some stuffed bell peppers for the freezer and had some leftover filling, so I made "zoodles" (zucchini & squash noodles) and put the beef on top with some tomatillo salsa. Tasted almost like pasta!
fish fillets (thank you Gorton's Fishermen- I trust you),fresh green beans and new potatoes with decaf iced tea and pears with drizzle of chocolate syrup.
